Just wonder what everyone thought. I haven't seen it (I literally JUST got Season 8 today so I have to catch up), but for those who have, was it worthwhile?
Happy Easter!

It was fitting and as I loved it as much as I could without LP being there.
They wrapped up everyone's stories which was more than we could have asked for. Weirdly, my favourite scenes were the Clay/Quinn/Logan scenes - they were awesome.

Funny Peyton I thought the same in regards to the Quinn/Clay storyline...It was one of my favorites and I was never a huge Quay fan. But yeah everything was wrapped up real nice. Good to see Millie at the end with her thing. And what a nice surprise Bevin was!

LOL same here! I never really like Quinn and Clay but I loved the Logan arc. Also Logan being to adorable for words helps. I also think it showed how good of a woman Quinn is I loved that. I thought the finale was perfect. Wouldn't change a thing. Gavin Degraw singing the theme I was smiling with tears a lot from that point on. Do I wish peyton and lucas would have come back? Sure but since the actors didn't I don't mind. I mean they have been gone for two years and I think this final season was perfect brought back some old faces that I think if Lucas/Peyton came back would not have shined as much. I miss them of course but in the end I thought it was a perfect finale. KAW lol I just love Julian. Did everyone else watch the interviews in the two hour special? I really enjoyed that have not seen that done much for a finale. I never realized one tree hill was always on the bubble so much. Gavin Degraw is one dancing with the stars. Does anyone watch? Vote for him lol if you do.

I haven't seen the interviews but it hasn't aired officially over here, I wonder if they'll actually play them. But I have seen some links so will catch up with them.
I loved the Gavin and cast singing scene - how much did James go for it? lol
I completely agree that it showed what a wonderful human being Quinn is, she was SO good with the whole thing. See, I've always loved Clay, I just couldn't help it. If I ever write post S6 fanfic, I usually always have a good friendship between Clay and Peyton, I think they'd have got on really well.
I'm glad Chris was in the finale too. "I'm on the lam!"

Just finished watching this last night. While I really liked it, nothing about it was too special. I do like how literally every storyline was tied up in some way, but maybe there were too many speeches and too little action? I loved the throw-backs to Lucas and Peyton (but so wish they actually showed up) and the ending scene (the actors were not aged at all, however...), but other than that it was just like any other episode of Season 9. I also forgot how much I loved the cast singing "I Don't Wanna Be"... for some reason I only got teary eyed at that haha. Overall a fantastic season - much more than I expected - and I am extremely upset to be leaving this show, despite the fact I'm already on a re-watch.

Glad you finally watched it Pacey! Are you re-watching the whole series or just season 9? I was thinking about a rw myself.
