Should the shows be divided between those currently on the air and those that have ended? And, by extension, if we separated them then would there be a need to potentially add in defunct shows even if the majority of us haven't seen them?
I mean, I'd throw in the Gilmore Girls for a start, but then if you go down that route, there are shows like Degrassi, Old 90210, Everwood, Rosemont, Party Of Five, Heartbreak High, My So-Called Life, Felicity, Freaks & Geeks, Buffy, Smallville, 7th Heaven, The Secret Life Of The American Teenager...
Then of course, there's the questions surrounding including Laguna Beach, The Hills and The city.
You could even include Supernatural and MisFits, though they're more sci-fi...

Thanks very much for this idea. At the moment, considering we're new and pretty small, I don't want to overwhelm anyone, including myself, with having too much to start off with. I do think it's a great idea, and have Gilmore Girls in mind too, but like I said, I'm going to give it a couple of weeks and see how we go for now. We're still finding our feet with this a bit. Please do keep the ideas coming though, I really appreciate all the support!

Well, I think it would be a great idea to seperate the shows from what has already aired with what is still on air. That way, it will be easier to avoid spoilers. Personally, I'll just avoid threads with shows I haven't seen yet. Secondly, in regard to adding a Buffy, Smallville, or Supernatural category...those shows aren't technically "teen dramas." They're fantasy/horror/sci fi. There are already tons of forums for those shows. I like the idea of keeping this forum teen drama-centric only, IMO. But yes, I would vote for adding Degrassi (JH and the newer one), 90210, Party Of Five, My So-Called Life, Everwood, and 7th Heaven. In terms of Laguna Beach and The Hills...leave those out, please god. They're reality shows, not fictional dramas like the rest on here. They don't really fit.

The trouble with The Hills and Laguna Beach is that even though they're filmed in a reality style, they are actually scripted dramas. So the line blurs. Then again, they are atrocious.

You're free to discuss any other shows in the Other forum for now. I just don't think that at the moment, there's a need to have a sub-board dedicated to every single show right now. Obviously as and when interest increases, of course, new show specific boards will be opened. And when that happens I'll review dividing them into shows which are airing and those that have finished, which I will probably call on you guys to help sort out and stuff so please don't think I'm dismissing your ideas/suggestions, it might just not be the best time for them right now.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys.
Like Peyton said, it's too early for us right now in terms of having an overload of stuff, but definitely keep the ideas coming! As we (hopefully) expand the number of members here, your ideas will come in handy!

Okay, well, how about a simple off topic section? If we had somewhere to chat about general stuff and get to know each other in the process, it might help keep this place busier...
