Andie was/is my favorite DC character, followed by Jen.
I love that she's intelligent, yet has a really, really dark side (though she can't really control that).
Your thoughts?

She grated on me a bit, I'm afraid.
I don't know why, but I was just never really interested in her compared to the others.

I dont know what it is but I always found Andie to be a very good character. I feel like her relationship with Pacey helped him a lot. I love Pacey and Joey but him and Andie were great to.
Like you said she was not one dimensional she had so many layers. I would have liked to see more of her throughout the years.

I LOVED when she appeared in the series finale. Her and Jen had been good friends so it would have been so OOC of her not to show up. Her scene with Pacey was great too.

Yes I am glad she showed up it would have been wrong if she didn't. She was a big part of the series. Yes her scene with pacey was so cute. For a moment I was like I wish they were still together.

I loved Andie! She was a great character. Her relationship with Pacey was among my favorite ships of the show. I also love when she shows up for the finale. She just looks amazing!

Well, it's great to have you back! I thought we'd lost you! But back on topic, I don't know what it is that annoys me about her. I know I've always had an issue with her cheating and the thing in Great Xpectations. I don't dislike her but I was never gripped by her. I think I struggle to like/care about characters I find it difficult to relate to. I'm much more a Joey girl - in terms of values and principles etc

She spoke the truth and I appreciated that.

Resurrecting this thread because I have to vent a little.
When Joey got on her high-horse and started proclaiming that she "changed Pacey" it really got on my nerves because she clearly wasn't the first person to do that. Andie was.
Despite anyone's reservations about the character, Andie definitely was the first person to challenge Pacey's intelligence and get the most and best out of him, no matter the struggle. I just thought she deserved her rightful amount of respect, haha.

Andie was definately the first to change Pacey and sort of help him see that he could be more than a "screw up" as he was fond of calling himself. She was the first to challenge him and make him see that he would become an amazing man one day.

I love Andie. I seriously love her! She's so.. jumpy and awesome and smart and funny. And everything she's been trough has turned her into a stronger person, and speech she made in the end, about friendship and everything, was beautiful.

She did it in such an honest way. I do think Joey did some as well but I think Joey/Pacey fans sometimes forget about Andie. I always try not to.
