When this came out yesterday, the whole fandom freaked out. Especially on Twitter and Tumblr. My Tumblr dash was full of it for few hours.

I saw this last night but forgot to post. It's pretty hot, lol.
I actually missed the SE/DE thing...I've had a long week 
I really liked how Klaus appeared, kinda got me thinking if this will become a love square. I'm also hoping that they use Stefan's new bad ass status to subvert the SE relationship a little bit and turn it up a notch. Very exciting stuff to come, I think!

It's a really good analysis of the promo shot by shot, looking at facial expressions and body language and the speculations that come out of them. It's also pretty much exactly what I thought, especially what I said about the SE relationship changing.

I love the new photo shoot with the fruits! Without knowing the meaning, it all seems silly, but once you find out all about it, it really makes sense!
And Klaus is nice.. he made Elena cake after stealing Stefan from her. And a lot of people started shipping Klefan.. and I'm just sitting here, asking myself, what the hell?
I'm actually hoping they'll spice Stelena relationship a little bit. Until now it was all flowers and butterflies and sunshine, but now, they're going to be apart. I guess this is the point when we're going to find out is their love really so strong that it can beat everything.
And hair pulling scene is so hot. I had to pause it to calm down. Some people don't like it, but what I like is the message behind it.
And thanks for sharing this! Really interesting.. I like what they said, about Stefan testing Elena, her strength and loyalty.

Yeah, they had some really interesting analysis and like I said, they interpreted it in much the same way that I did.
I have a feeling that Klaus will have a lot to do with how Stefan deals with Elena this season. I think that because of his past with Elijah (there HAS to be something about both of them and woman - possibly the original Petrova) he will manipulate Stefan. Even though he's let go of his emotions, I think he'll still want her and love her and so her relationship with Damon will remain a sore point. I like what they said in that analysis about how Stefan will always be reminding her that he's there and I think that will Klaus pushing him in that direction...
Haha, yeah I'm not into slash shipping so the Klaus/Stefan stuff will never make sense to me. I think they're relationship will be very interesting to watch but that's about it.
I'm just too excited, I love how the direction the whole show seems to be going in, very dark and very complex.

Do you think there will be some Katherine/Stefan action? I'm kinda a Steferine fan too. I'm in a shipping war with myself No, seriously, I think that would really push Elena's buttons. Something like, if it's easy for Elena to change from Stefan to Damon, then it's easy for Stefan to change from Elena to Katherine? Either way, I'm really looking forward to some Steferine action, and I'm really looking forward to flashbacks because I'm so interested in the original doppelganger.
Oh, I very much agree. And like I said on tumblr, Delena fans who believe this will be a Delena season, are very much wrong. There is going to be a lot of Stelena, just the kind we've never seen before.
I'm kinda worried Elena will disappoint me. She did in The Return trilogy. I hope that won't happen in the show.
